Winter Storm

Last weekend, we had warm weather.
I thought spring was just around the corner...

Goro almost caught this bird

Then winter storm hit our area on Tuesday.

Adventurous Goro played in the snow.

Niko stayed inside, being warm and fluffy.

By Thursday morning, winter storm has left.
Snow began to melt quickly.

I don't know, Goro. But let's hope so.

This weekend, we enjoyed warm weather.
Hopefully winter is not coming back this time!

We hope everyone stays comfy and safe!

  2. You guys don't even want to know how much snow we have, with layers of ice underneath it all, and more to come this week. We'll all be rejoicing if Spring ever arrives!

Goro, better luck next time with the bird!

P.S. Nicki ate a little bit, not much, about an hour ago, but enough to make our human feel a bit better. Thanks for stopping by.

  3. We wishes our snow would melt that quickly. But mom says it will be at least 6 more weeks before we might see some signs of spring.

In the meantime we're doing as Niko did and staying indoors where it is warm and cozy!

    Have a great week!

  6. Dearest Tamago-san;
Lovely shot Goro-chan staring (or trying to pay with) at the bird♡♡♡
Oh, the snow scene makes me feel unfair (P;) Hope your boys will be able to enjoy outside under the spring weather soon. And the birds come for the feeder♪♪♪

    この冬は積もる雪は見れませんでした☃; でも、まだまだ寒~い。
    確定申告の時期になりました。主人は我が家だけでなく、ちょっとお手伝いを頼まれて少しbusy。 計算は全くだめな私は助かります :-)

Sending you lots of love and hugs to my dear Japanese friend in America, xoxo Miyako*

  11. I hope that snow didn't stay too long. I know you are not used to it. Our snow melted a bit this weekend but we have predications of more later this week. Banjo is much too pampered of a kitty to go play out in the snow. Or perhaps the word is 'wimpy kitty'. ;)

  12. Dearest Tamago,
Indeed we have seen the weirdest winter weather in Georgia since a long time! No way we could have our tiles put on; that will have to wait till March.
    Poor Goro-Goro...
    Hugs to all of you!

  15. Goro, you were very brave to go out into that snow. Hopefully all your snow is gone by now. Unfortunately, we still have lots of the white stuff here.

  28. Niko is a wise cat! But we admire Goro's adventurous spirit. We have plenty of snow here, but that's our normal (sort of) Winter.
