After Work

After a long day at work...

Goro! I missed you. Come here!

Goro~~!

He always runs past me.

And gets all kind of excited.

While I prepare dinner, Goro takes his
ready-set-eat position.
Always makes me chuckle :-)

Happy Hour (nightly snack time) is
Niko's favorite time of the day.

OK, Niko. Let's go.

While I prepare snack, Niko sings
with his sweet, chocolate-covered voice.
Always makes me squee :-)

Every day is a happy day with Goro & Niko.
All the work stress goes away once I'm home.

Have a happy new week!

  7. They are just so precious, both of them. I can't say all the stress goes away when I come home, because often the cats give me other kinds of stress. LOL. But I'm always glad to come home to them just the same. :-)

  10. Is there any thing better than our four legged furry friends meeting and greeting us when we get home? Nope. I think not. It does indeed make the work day's stress melt away.

  13. So sweet, it just shows how much they miss you when you aren't there with them.

I love when the cats greet me even though I know it's usually because they know dinner is coming soon. :)

  17. Dearest Tamago,
Oh, how much we look forward to coming home; no matter from where. There always is that Welcome Committee awaiting us on the drive way (when sunny) or inside the garage and some running down the stairs to meet us.
So sweet! And how they sing in a choir when the tray with bowls gets carried out of the laundry room to feed them... A happy bunch and they give so much LOVE!
    Easy to love them back.
    Hugs,
    Mariette

  19. We bet that Niko has the best signing voice ever. And Goro, how funny that you get so happy that you run past your Mom when you come down the stairs. Zoe does the same thing here. :)

    Hugs to you all!

  29. I'm having happy minutes looking at Niko, Goro, and your happy home.
My boy Tommie will shake paws for treats. He is right pawed. If I don't get the food out fast enough he grabs my hand with his left paw. So we have shakey paw (right) and grabby paw (left) depending on how hungry Tommie is and how delicious the treat smells.
