September 22 was Goro's 8th Gotcha Day!
His Dad & I discussed what to do to celebrate.
Decided to make a roast chicken.
Then on Friday...
Oops, we both came home with chicken.
Lack of planning?
I wanna say "abundance of love"!

We cooked on the weekend.
Goro & I did chicken-sitting together.
His Dad did the cutting.

* It was portioned and frozen for kids
to eat an appropriate amount at a time :-)
