Then froze it in ice cube tray
to use in a small amount.
It added variety to my kitty snack recipe!
I made Coconut Chicken Soup.

ReplyDeleteI cook some for thehamish as his diet is so restrictive. Besides his vet food for all his health problems I simmer chicken breast (low fat) in water then pull apart and serve for his lunch.

ReplyDeleteWe really really hope that our Mom does NOT read this post. She tried something similar some weeks ago, and we're still suffering.
ReplyDeleteShe managed to burn two pots. One of them could not be saved. She also wasted 3 kg chicken. The flat smelled like hell and we were freezing because the windows were open for several hours.
And not enough with this, she was in a really bad mood AND accused us. WHAT??? We never asked for homemade chicken soup, we'd be happy with ordinary treats....
So pleeeeeeeaaaaaaase - we hope that she's never going to try that again. Although we overheard that she said "ah, I should maybe try to...." Help.
