September 22 was Goro's 10th Gotcha Day.
I can't believe it's already been 10 years!
Each day with him has been such a treasure.

He looks like a KING sitting on his throne.
Just yesterday I came across my compilation videos of our first kitty here. Pieter found her as a baby early February in 2001, between the raspberries when he went pruning them. We loved her to death and even if she got hit by a car early October the next year, she had a good life! Her mistake was to befriend the black & tan Dachshund Daisy from across the street... When returning home from her final visit it was fatal. No wounds but the hard part was that Pieter was walking the lawn, with ant killer and heard the 'bang'... that car never slowed down! He ran inside to alarm me and when I came to pick up the still warm but limp body of our girl, with blood coming from her mouth, we knew. She had no wounds though. SAD and for having them 10 years is a blessing. Our Barty will turn 16 in March and the kittens will turn 13. The baby will be 10 this November... Where does time go and we must realize we don't have them with us always. But what a joy and special love we get from them!!! Including love bites... our Spooky boy does that too.
