Earlier this week, on Wednesday...
Goro!!
Remember, you are not a food.
As a matter of fact, yes.
Beginning July 4th, my office is closed through Sunday.
I've decided not to go anywhere, so it's a...
We spent most of the time sleeping, which was great.
I have to go back to work tomorrow :-(
I don't want to...Goro, Niko, would you go for me?
I miss my kids while I'm away...but they sure give
me energy and reason to get up and go to work.
We wish you a wonderful new week :-)
WE love that picture of Goro asking you why you weren't at work. Too funny. My cats are the best thing that ever happened to me. Hope you have an easy week at work. And Goro, you stay away from that stove.
ReplyDeleteGoro you were SO busted!
ReplyDeleteAnd Mommy says cats are too a food! She eats our belleh meats All. The. Time.
Hurray for staycations! We're glad your human was home for a week, but are sorry she has to return to work now.
ReplyDeleteBTW, we hope it was something very tasty simmering in that crock pot!
Wow! Staycations... iupi!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHooray for staycations! My Mommeh is always a little bit sad to leave us on Monday mornings.
ReplyDeleteGoro, your mom is lucky to have you to keep an eye on the simmering :) our mom agrees the downside of a va/staycation is the ending. she wishes she could retire all ready, mol! have a nice week ahead! purrs,
ReplyDeletePip, Smidgen, Minnie, Hollie
My human works at home so she never has to miss me! In fact, I jump on the desk and slap and poke her almost daily - I am sure she appreciates my efforts to keep her focused.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a great staycation cuddling with the boys!!!
ReplyDeleteDearest Tamago-san

Wow, staycaution; but it seems you seemed to have had a wonderful long relaxing day off(*^_^*) Yes, I DO hope they can go working for you :)))
PS> Tamago-san, thank you very much for your thoughtful comment for me. I really appreciate your kindness, my dear Japanese friend♪
Sending you lots of love and hope you have a wonderful new week as well, xoxo Miyako*
I know you were not going to get on the counter! Five days sure can go by quickly!
ReplyDeleteGoro, you are always ready to be busy and inquisitive. (In other words you are a wee bit trouble sometimes). I too love your face when you asked mom about going to work and I loved tyour getting ready to leave for work! I loved the sleeping photo. I loved it all. I always do.
ReplyDeleteLove you two bunches. xoxoxox Katie Isabella
What a cute post. Love those grey kitties. Audrey says she jumps on the counter all the time when I am out of the house.
ReplyDeleteOur mom was on staycation all week and now she has to go back to work tomorrow. We're all depressed. :(
ReplyDeleteGoro And Niko,
ReplyDeleteMy Mama always have this thing called Monday Blues....but since she owns the company, she sometimes decide to work from home. I love this word....staycation! har har har *evil laughs*
Staycations are my favorite! Especially since it has the word 'cat' in it. ;)
ReplyDeleteWishing you a beautiful week!
xo C
We know you would NEVER go on the counter, Goro. ;)
ReplyDeleteStaycations are the best, because they mean that Mommy and Daddy STAY with us. :)
Dearest Tamago,
ReplyDeleteOh, how curious felines are; they want to know EVERYTHING! And sleeping with their human parents is a hobby. Often when Pieter takes his nap, he's accompanied by one of them. You missed my previous post about three of our felines... By far not as good as your stories but at least I had one.
Love to all of you.
Mariette
That's the worst bit...going back to work after a long, happy, lovely Staycation.
ReplyDeleteThat's so cute how Goro stays on the chair...well almost all of him, instead of getting on the counter.
How helpful they are! I know how you feel I am a special ed teacher and this summer I did not want to work summer school, but then I remembered the extra money can be used to help take care of my babies

That looks like a really nice denki-gama! We wonder what else you were serving with the rice?
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed some time together, and be strong about going back to work!
