Hi, this is Goro.
Welcome to my kitchen.
This is where I keep my flying food.
But...
For some reason, They haven't shown up
on my dinner bowl so far. WHY?
I expressed my concern to Niko, but all he cares
about is chicken. Look, he stole my chicken again.
I tried to explain to Mom (who is in charge of
serving dinner) but she doesn't understand.
In order to find out what is wrong,
I began investigation.
That's right! The stuffing station is too small.
Flying foods can't get enough stuffing!
I told Mom & Dad that we need to go shopping.
I don't like this shopping clothes by the way.
Off to the store.
Hopefully we can find a bigger stuffing station.
Wish me luck!
This is where I keep my flying food.
Yes, they'll be my dinner. Let me show
you the recipe. Looks yummy, doesn't it?

I had to bury another disappointing dinner...

I began investigation.
Also I watched Flying Food Network
repeatedly to learn the better recipe.
Then several days later,
I made a shocking discovery.
Flying foods can't get enough stuffing!
I told Mom & Dad that we need to go shopping.
I don't like this shopping clothes by the way.
Off to the store.
Hopefully we can find a bigger stuffing station.
You are sure one smart kitty, Goro-chan! We are impressed that you figured out the problem, and that you needed a larger stuffing station. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteGoro, we hope you find the biggest stuffing station in the world! And then you can invite us all over for dinner. Yum.
ReplyDeleteGoro, you are a GENIUS!!!
ReplyDeleteWe have assembled a team of Scientist Cats to build a better stuffing station, for the eventual stuffing of Cats!
Goro, all this sounds really good on paper, but I'm not totally convinced you'll get your birdie dinner!
ReplyDeleteI love how you were burying a disappointing dinner!
ReplyDeleteIt must be torture to see so many birds when you can't even use your predator skills.
Pet lovers please check out my homeless cat blog archives for some informative posts and stories about the cat abandoned/feral colony I manage.

Well, this is just TOO cute! I hope you have a very successful shopping trip. I hope you find an ENORMOUS stuffing station! Then who knows, maybe a nice stuffed dove one day.
ReplyDeleteLOL!! Amazing Goro!!! Chefs the world over must bow to your utter amazingness! LOL!! You must dictate to mum and dad all your recipes! Brilliant!
ReplyDeleteBig hugs to sweet Niko too! Take care
x
wow very cool kitchen and you are some chef! You should author a cookbook for sure
ReplyDeleteurban hounds
They are BOTH so handsome!!
ReplyDeleteGoro, you both crack us up every time. We certainly hope you get the biggest stuffing station possible, but even so, well, we're not sure you're going to end up with bird dinner. ;-)
ReplyDeleteDearest Tamago,
ReplyDeleteOh that Goro... he is NOT about to give up his dinner planning! Are you both not afraid he would wriggle out of his harness? We had one of our first cats on a leash as he was only and indoor cat. But at certain times he would jump up, wriggle and get out of it and run off into our wood garden. Like a Houdini and it sure did scare us. Not on our property but God forbid if he would do that in a public area.
You always manage to create a wonderful photo story!
Hugs to all of you; we had 2 days without rain...
Mariette
I wish many luck to you!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI´m laughing... love this post!
Kisses

Hi Goro. You have big plans and I admire that. I'd be happy to be your dinner date when you fatten up that dinner. MOL!
ReplyDeleteGood luck on the shopping and check outnthe lunch buffet while you are there!
ReplyDeleteWOW, i'm so impressed that you get to go shopping, and so is M. She says I'd never sit still in a cart like that. I'd be running all over the store.
ReplyDeleteDon't you tell me that you go shopping with your mom??? Here, my hairy pals would never be so calm...I guess. You are two lords!!!
ReplyDeleteThank goodness you figured it out! Hopefully you'll be able to get a HUGE stuffing station!
ReplyDeleteGoro! You are such a smart kitty to be making all these plans. I think a larger feeding station is an excellent start, but then you really have to figure out how you are going to lure the dinner into your dish. Maybe the mesh in your fence needs to be waaaaaaaay bigger?
ReplyDeleteGood luck Goro, we hopes you find the biggest stuffing station AND the flying food makes its way to your dinner bowl, MOL!
ReplyDeleteSasha, Sami, & Saku
Good luck with your hunting. Lee and Phod
ReplyDeleteHmm...perhaps some birdie stew is in order? LOL!
ReplyDeleteKitty riding in the cart just makes me happy. Love it!

昨日は、炎天下実家に行って草刈りをして来ました。住人の無い家の仏壇に提灯を飾るのはチョッピリ寂しい気分(^^;)
Have a wonderful week, my dear young Japanese friend in America, xoxo Miyako*
We hope those birdies are feeling peckish!

Oh good idea Goro. Get those birds all fattened up for the nice dinner. That is a pretty dove though. Hope you get something good to eat really soon.
ReplyDeleteOMC, you can see all kinds of food in the store including goldfish!
ReplyDeleteYou know, Goro, sometimes those stores have Flying Dinners in them. But your Mom would have to take that harness off you so you could catch one.
