Fun Fountain

Goro & Niko's water fountain

Well, boys don't drink water from the

fountain. Yet we keep it because...

Goro likes to play with running water.

In fact, this is the 3rd (same) fountain

we've gotten so far. If it breaks, I'll get # 4.

I know not only fountain but its box

will be fully enjoyed.

Now, Goro will show you

how he has FUN!

Good Water Dish

Goro loves to bathe his toys

When it broke in 2012,
I got the same type of new dish.

Well, I ended up getting two, as the first

one I ordered was much smaller than I thought.

(This happens when you shop online.)

I like this type of water dish for 3 main reasons;

1. It comes with filter

2. Water bottle gives weight to the dish
(If dish is light, Goro bats it around and
spills water everywhere)

3. Water stays still
(Niko doesn't drink flowing water)

Well, water does flow when dispensed from
bottle into the dish, making bubbles...

This water dish has become quite old.
So recently, I decided to get a new one.

The dish I ordered turned out to be
much larger than I thought.

This happens when you shop online...

Water Dish

Goro loves to drown his toys in a water dish.

One day, I came back home and found...

It was a bit strange.

Usually there are some water splashes after

Goro plays, but not flood like this.

Hm...the bird is dry. I couldn't find any 

wet toys in the house, either. Very strange.

Goro, what were you up to?

Soon I found out.

Um, Goro...

Goro was scooping out water from water dish.

I have NO idea why.

Anyway, I was going to wipe up water, then…

Wiping up postponed.

Later Goro left, then…

I mentioned before but Goro loves to play with
running water. He wet his head in the fountain...

And plays with water dripping from his head.

This time I shot a video.

Water Fun

Goro loves to play around water.
Shower room is his playground.

He sticks his head under running water...

And plays with the water that drips from his head.

(Isn't he creative?)

Niko, on the other hand, prefers dry land.

I know, Niko. Most kitties do.

But...

His tail might have a different opinion :-)

New Dish & New Box

This is Goro and Niko's water fountain dish.

(And where Goro's toys are drowned)

While cleaning the dish, I dropped and broke it.
I blame the gravity.

So we went to a store to get another one.

First, protect the cord (as Goro loves to chew on it.)

And the dish is set!

Goro, your head is getting wet.

But more importantly, Goro and Niko got to enjoy
the box which the water dish came in.

There was a cardboard inside the box used as
a divider. Goro seems to enjoy it even more.
