Poopy Tale

When I start cleaning Goro & Niko's toilet,
Goro often comes to use it.

Usually it's to go poopy. (I wonder why.)
Anyway, I just wait until he finishes.

It's a pleasure to see healthy stool coming out.
Freshly made one looks shiny and moist.
The aroma immediately fills the bathroom.....

One day, Goro's stool came out like linked sausages.
Hmm...maybe he got a little hairball.

*I drew picture instead of using real photo

Next day. It came with... a LONG TAIL!

It was not hair...looked much wider.
But what is this then?

I decided to take a closer look using my
stool dissection kit. (This kit is disposable.)

And found out it was...

Just a cat grass! Whew!

Glad it wasn't scary worm or something...

Oh, Goro. How did you turn over the pot?
This is heavy with soil.

Message from Goro to
human children;

That's true!

That's only for Goro, I think.

  10. You had me scared there for a minute! Our cats wait to go until the box has just been scooped, so they can have it all fresh. Then when they finish, they put their tails up and run really fast!! It is like they are saying "That feels so much better!"

We have the odd poopie here too. Dad looks when he scoops and says you can head of problems with a bit of knowledge. He is a Nursey-Man (Tim Ducks a toy mousie thrown by Dad)

Our Rumpy Bump also just has to go when Dad is scooping. Great Man Cats think alike

  25. Too funny! One of my cats, Shady used to do the same thing...as soon as the litter was clean she was right in there making sure it wasn't anymore. We used to call her "stinky".

Glad to know there was nothing wrong, just undigested cat grass!

  26. LOL, dear Goro you're lucky to have an observant mom. P.S. sometimes these 'tails' get stuck outside the anus. It's happened to two of our boys and I had to pull it out.

  31. Oh. OH! Goro, we just don't know about this. Not the poop part, the green grass. We don't have that here and now we're certain someone here needs to fix that right this minute! Purrs...

  32. I scoop the boy's boxes twice a day and still they always have to use the litter as soon as I'm finished cleaning!!!! I don't know if it is because they like a fresh box or just to get their smells back in there asap :-)

  37. Don't want you to miss this reply:
    Dearest Tamago,
That's exactly why I felt so at home while being in Japan; so close to the Dutch way of going green! No air-conditioning running in the bus while it is parked stationary etc. It all makes so much sense and here they cool way too deep if you go to a conference you are freezing. Wearing evening gowns with goosebumps and what an energy waste!
It is the way you have always lived that you continue to live. We're not such impulsive waste-creators. We think twice or even trice before purchasing anything. Always trying to recycle, repurpose or even upcycle. Driving energy conscious (Japanese) cars and so on. It looks like more people start thinking green as the high costs and bad economy makes them think twice.
We have another terrible wet day. I still have to do some tile cleaning but they are either wet or you get rained out...
    Enjoy your wet weekend.
    Hugs,
    Mariette
