Hello, everyone. This is Goro.
As some of you already know, I'm
half-Japanese because Mom is from Japan.
Me, looking stylish wearing Mom's Hanten
Niko is not half-Japanese, as he was adopted.
Of course, he is still my brother :-)
Mom sometimes goes back to Japan to
see her family there. We try to go together,
but Mom says flight is too long for us.
in Japan. Let's go to virtual tour!
I said "virtual," Niko.
~ Nara Park in Nara ~
Beautiful place where deer and human
coexist nicely.
~ Ice restaurant in Hokkaido ~
Eat quickly before
dinner and your bum will be frozen!
~ Trick Art Museum in Tochigi ~
Here is one of exhibits. Looks 3D, but fishes
and frame are a painting on a flat wall.
Mom says the best part of trip is
to come home and see smile on our faces.
We are happy when Mom is home, too.
So I made a trick art for her. No editing done.
~ World's longest cat in the house :-) ~
Goro, you look beautiful in your traditional coat! And this fish picture is just amazing!!! Goro and Niko, I know you would love to break into it for a nice dinner! Now I want to know what is the advantage of sitting on ice? This is a very good trick, you are cat magicians!!
ReplyDeleteWe love your coat! Thanks for giving us a tour of the fun Mom time!
ReplyDeleteWell that was fun seeing some of the Japanese traditions. We love that huge cat in the tunnel. Well done. You all have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteLove Love Love this post.
ReplyDeleteGoro and Niko are so beautiful. I adore grey cats. Plus they are the longest cat ever.
When our suitcases come out The Square Ones get worried and look just like your kitties.
I have some funny experiences at Nara that I have posted about. Need to post that one again.
cheers, parsnip
Fashion coat!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great tour! Mom says that she wants to coexist with the deer like in the first tour photo. Way cool! She says she will skip out on the ice restaurant though… too cold. That trick fish photo is cool, but your trick photo is even better -- the longest cat in the house?! How about the longest cat in the WORLD!!! You guys are amazing!
ReplyDeletedoods...ewe guys crack us up !!! this last fotos bee hilariouz !!! ☺☺☺

Wow, such a cool post, love it! Goro, you always crack us up! So interesting to see pics from your Mom's trip to Japan, that ice restaurant is so cool (pardon the pun)and too bad the deers couldn't buy themselves ice cream. You should make the record book with your longest cat...clever! Have a wonderful week, dear friends!
ReplyDeleteI think I've seen mention of that place with the deer.
ReplyDeleteI see you two have your humans well trained.
HAH! World’s longest cat! Those are nice pictures of Japan. I’m glad your Mom is home now with you.
ReplyDeleteJapan is one place I really want to visit I love Japanese culture and I love the food. You two certainly capture the Japanese love of all things cute!

Your momma is so nice to say coming home to your smiling faces makes the trip better!
ReplyDeleteUau! Como você ficou comprido! hehehe
ReplyDeleteAdorei as fotos do Japão, fiquei impressionada com tudo que você mostrou, obrigada por compartilhar o passeio de sua mamãe.
You two are very funny! And long! The fish painting is amazing!
ReplyDeleteWe enjoyed the virtual tour of your mom's trip. We couldn't imagine living with vishus deers like that! And that was a pretty good trick you played on your mom. :)
ReplyDeleteWe are glad your Mom had a nice time visiting her family in Japan. Our dad has been to Nara, and he saw the deer, but never to Hokkaido or Tochigi. Maybe next time!
ReplyDeleteHooray that she is back home with you and Dad now. We understand how that is the best part of her trip.
Nice "World's longest cat in the house" trick! Jouzu desu ne! :)
I love that virtual wall art... but I love your tunnel art even better!
ReplyDeleteBTW, if you kitties are half Japanese, are you both the same half? And is it the left or the right pawed side?
Dearest Tamago,
ReplyDeleteOh my, when we bring our carry on out, they also get right in so we have to hide it in the guest bathroom. They are so eager to go with us; guess they know already when we bring it out... oh, no - they go again!
Love your photos, like they really are anxious to show us all the photos of their Japanese Mom!
Cute world's longest cat in the house. Loved the Trick Art Museum's painting on the wall, like that fish is almost out of the water coming towards you!
Sending you hugs,
Mariette
wow, what lucky kitty cats. Hope you got lots of treats when you Mummy came home. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteOh, Tamago-san; I'm really happy to know that you can occasionally have time to trip in Japan when come back and able to show your boys the beauty of their mom's country♡♡♡
ReplyDeleteI wish I could visit Hokkaido. Yes, trick art is really fascinating, I wonder how we can do these trick 3D p:-)
And your trick with the help of boys is really lovely♬♬♬
I'll use hanten when it gets a bit colder. Goro-chan look cute wearing it and nice to introduce it.
その後、体調は完全に戻られたでしょうか。 コメント遅くなりました;先程ようやく父の法事を済ませてきました。少しホッとしましたが、まだまだ整理することが、ハハ。
Have a wonderful new week, Tamago-san.
Sending Lots of Love and Hugs from Japan to my Dear Japanese friend in America, xoxo Miyako*
